As far ahead as you can. We want to make sure our calendar is open for your date. Popular dates, especially in wedding season, book months in advance.

Our pricing depends on the total number of guests, distance of travel, whether you need our trailer or a cart, and the duration of the event. Submit an inquiry form for a custom quote based on your specific needs.

For booking events: check (if given beforehand), cash, Zelle, and card via invoice. We provide a receipt after every booking.

Our menu includes lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, chai and three housemade small batch syrups. All drinks come hot or iced with the choice between whole or oat milk. We provide upgrades like personalized drink flavors, cold brew, and decaf at request.

We include oat milk and whole milk for all events. Raw milk is an upgraded option that must be decided on before the event. Decaf coffee is an upgraded option that must be paid for before the event to be included.

We do. We have partnered with Proof Bread here in the Valley. They provide quality pastries and use quality ingredients.

Anything from custom sign branding on our carts, custom cups, and special request menu items and flavors. We work with you to match your event's theme and branding needs.

Our carts can fit almost anywhere, but we need at least a 6 foot by 5 foot space for the cart and baristas. We also need a clear path to roll our cart and equipment to the setup area. Each espresso machine requires one dedicated 15-amp circuit. If no power is available, we can provide a generator for an additional fee. Our main trailer is 30 feet long, so before booking the trailer we need to know if you have sufficient space. Typically we require pictures of the space, or we can come visit the location.

We're based in the East Valley (Queen Creek, AZ), but serve events across Arizona including the Tucson and Flagstaff areas for an additional fee. Primary service area includes Scottsdale, Phoenix, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Mesa.

Either one. The 30 foot Airstream trailer works for outdoor venues with room to park. The cart fits indoor spaces, office lobbies, and venues with tight access. We'll recommend the right setup once we know your venue.

Yes, this is our specialty. Occasionally we do pop-ups, but private events are what we lean towards.
