Family Owned & Operated Cart or Trailer Setup Serving Scottsdale & All of Arizona Quotes Within 24 Hours

Scottsdale events tend to come with a higher bar for presentation, and our vintage Airstream is built for exactly that. Polished chrome against desert landscaping photographs beautifully, and a full espresso bar gives guests something to gather around between the ceremony and the reception, or between sessions at a corporate offsite.

We serve Scottsdale regularly from our home base in Queen Creek, roughly a 40-minute tow. For resort properties, private estates and venues with loading restrictions, we can bring the compact cart instead of the trailer, which fits through standard service corridors and sets up indoors.

Scottsdale Events

What we cater in Scottsdale

Resort & Hotel Events

Conference breaks, welcome receptions and poolside gatherings at Scottsdale resort properties. We coordinate with venue staff on load-in, power and placement ahead of the date.

Weddings

Desert ceremonies and reception venues across North Scottsdale and Old Town. Signature drinks named for the couple, custom menus, and a bar that doubles as a photo moment.

Corporate & Client Events

Employee appreciation days, client activations and office gatherings across the Scottsdale Airpark and downtown corridor.

Real Estate Open Houses

Scottsdale is a competitive listing market. An espresso bar in the driveway keeps buyers on the property longer and gives agents something to promote in the listing.

The Menu

Handcrafted, hot or iced

Every drink is made to order with your choice of whole or oat milk. Upgrades available on request.

Scottsdale venues we can work with

We have served outdoor desert venues, private residences, office parks and resort properties around Scottsdale. Setup needs are straightforward: a reasonably level spot to park, and either a standard outlet within reach or approval to run our own power. If your venue has tight access or an indoor-only policy, tell us in the quote request and we will plan around it.
